With the porpouse of providing its customers with the best production organization for the assembly and processing of sectional doors, at lowest costs, PIUTEK has designed and produced a production assembly line that does not require sophisticated equipment, having the following characteristics:
– required area L = 40 mt x P = 6 mt;
– processing of 8.5 mt insulated panels in the 500 and 610 mm formats;
– maximum dimensions of the workable door L = 7 x H = 6 mt.
The line is modular and can be customized according to the customer’s availability.
It essentially consists of:
– 90 ° rotating disc saw, with loading and unloading roller conveyors, for transversal and longitudinal cutting and insulated panels;
– assembly table for panel processing, accessories and bushings assembly, porthole milling; the table top is inclined at 30 °, by means of pneumatic actuators, to facilitate the assembly of the bushings. Furthermore, fixed stations for milling the porthole and the intermediate hinge have been created, using masks and a manual electric mill. This technique makes it possible to perform machining operations that otherwise would require expensive CNC;
– mobile pantograph table; It allows the progressive stacking of the worked panels;
– industrial vacuum cleaner for powders and cutting residues in accordance with the saw and the milling stations;
– IPK8 horizontal rotary baler with double stretch film; It allows the packaging of the single door composed of the panels, guides, axis and accessories. In this way it is possible to easily move the door which is protected from atmospheric agents in the workshop and on site. The packing machine is equipped with motorized belts and a discharge bench;
– spiral soft working bench, with pneumatic locking;
– machining bench kit guides.
Finally, the work area will be equipped with suitable commercial shelving for panels and accessories.
Everything has been designed to make the assembly of the sectional door simple and accessible to everyone.
