We are able to carry out TRACTION TESTS on profiles for rolling shutters.
In order to be able to determine the vertical resistance of the profiles for the construction of shutters of rolling shutters, we have created, in collaboration with the mechanics laboratory of the Polytechnic University of Bari, a special equipment, which can be installed on a test machine, in order to determine the behavior of the various profiles, subjected to traction. This test allows us, subsequently, to determine the limit of use of the various profiles, depending on the shape, thickness and material.
The technical file is thus enriched with a fundamental data for the choice of the various profiles according to the conditions of use, providing the manufacturer with a technical tool that makes the cost of the finished product more competitive.
