Finally also in Italy, one of the most important producers of industrial closures: the SACIL-HLB of MILAN, has realized a door with double PVC covering for the closing of large lights exposed to strong winds. The project was realized by the company SUCIMA Engineering Service Snc of Airoldi & Arosio, with the technical support of Piumelli Pantaleo, distributor for Italy of GFA Elektromaten products (European leader for the production of industrial gear motors and control panels). The door, called IP GOLIA EVO14, with light dimensions (LxH) 12×15 meters, is installed at a shipyard on the ISEO lake. It is characterized by a special stiffening system, consisting of aluminum beams sliding along side guides. The coat is made of heavy double-pitched PVC. The towing has been realized with GFA Elektromaten gearmotor with the following characteristics: • torque 1800 Nm • Turns max 6 per minute • Digital limit switch • TS970 control panel The technology and reliability of the German motorization, combined with the ingenuity and quality of the materials used, has allowed the SACIL-HLB to collect the prestigious consent of a very demanding customer. Other similar larger closures are under construction.
A complete assembly line has been designed and built for a well-known Italian company for residential and industrial sectional doors
The result of our twenty-year experience in the sector, the line consists of: 1) loading roller conveyor 2) circular saw for transversal and longitudinal cutting of the panels, with motorized stop and programmable cutting dimensions; 3) unloading roller conveyor 4) assembly bench, with mobile trolleys for the execution of the pre-drilling of the lateral and intermediate hinges and porthole cutting island and pedestrian door (with cutting shaving aspirator); 5) Re-packaging of packaging preparation 6) rotary packing machine The line is designed to allow the door to be processed by a single operator. It is possible to work panels of the main producers such as: Marcegallia, Italpannelli, Epco, Kingspan, etc., in sizes from 500 and 610 and in the thickness of 40 mm. The production cycle is simple to implement and control. The pack of the machined panels, appropriately spaced with polystyrene plates, together with the overall guides, axis and balancing springs, are packaged together forming a single package for shipping. The rapid PVC doors are a valid solution for closing gates in industrial buildings, in order to separate different production environments, preventing dust or atmospheric agent. Two different standards are produced depending on the use and place of use. The first type consists of a winding door with a PVC sheet that brings a zip profile to the vertical side ends. In case of contact with a vehicle in transit and out of the cloth, it is able to automatically re-enter in the guide to the next cycle. This type is widely used on high transit gates, inside industrial buildings or outdoors, where a specific wind resistance performance is not required. The second type consists of the folding door with PVC sheet. In this case, the sheet is reinforced with steel pipes of adequate diameter and thickness, sized according to the wind load. This type is therefore suitable for closing high-transit gates, outside industrial buildings and can also reach large dimensions. We report a video with the two types made by our customers.

Designed by PIUMELLI PANTALEO, built by CORSARO & LISCO Spa and installed at the new plant in Mungivacca (BA), an innovative “overhead crane hatchback”. This is a mobile wing that allows the passage of the bridge through the production building, allowing the perfect sealing of atmospheric agents and good thermal insulation. Exceptionally large (20x 2.5 m), the tailgate is automatically driven by a GFA Elektromaten, SI 180.6 (1800 Nm at 6 rpm), geared motor with integrated parachute, digital limit switch and controlled by an automatic electronic panel TS970 . The tailgate is buffered with polycarbonate panels and the towing system is designed to ensure maximum reliability and the absence of maintenance.
