The mooving brackets allow the rolling shutter to slide on the vertical of the guide. The following advantages derive from this: – greater silence; – less wear; – absence of arrow of the mantle in the lintel; – reduced lintel.
ADVANTAGES COMPARED TO TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUE
The mooving brackets have been tested and certified at the Department of Mechanics of BARI POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY. Here is a video of an application of SG85 shelves on fast roller shutters.
Designed for the Italian company MASINARA Spa of Monteveglio (BO), the innovative “ROLLYNG SYSTEM”. It is able to give high performance of wind resistance and break-in to the rolling shutters used to close residential, commercial and industrial gates. Through the use of this system, it is no longer necessary to respect the traditional construction rule which provides a guide depth greater than 1/100 of the light width. The rolling brackets are designed to be positioned at about 5 mm from the contact with the guide so that slight oscillations of the mantle produce immediate contact of the wheels with the edges of the gaskets, thus preventing excessive buckling or the exit of the mantle from the guides, under the action of positive or negative wind pressure. It is also possible to reduce the range of profiles for rolling shutters and relative thicknesses of the sheets, since the resistance of the covering is no longer entrusted to the inertia of the profile (function of its section) nor to the thickness of the material. This implies a production economy that benefits the standardization and competitiveness of the finished product. The contact between the wheels of the rolling brackets and the seals of the guide does not produce noise and allows the easy closing or opening of the damper even in the event of windiness. The system is already available for the main profiles for shutters type P115; P97; DP77; DP90; DP95. It has been submitted to TUV validation tests and protected by the Industrial Patent by the company MASINARA Spa.

The rapid PVC doors are a valid solution for closing gates in industrial buildings, in order to separate different production environments, preventing dust or atmospheric agent. Two different standards are produced depending on the use and place of use. The first type consists of a winding door with a PVC sheet that brings a zip profile to the vertical side ends. In case of contact with a vehicle in transit and out of the cloth, it is able to automatically re-enter in the guide to the next cycle. This type is widely used on high transit gates, inside industrial buildings or outdoors, where a specific wind resistance performance is not required. The second type consists of the folding door with PVC sheet. In this case, the sheet is reinforced with steel pipes of adequate diameter and thickness, sized according to the wind load. This type is therefore suitable for closing high-transit gates, outside industrial buildings and can also reach large dimensions. We report a video with the two types made by our customers.
