The DIPACK rapid packaging doors have been designed in two models, in order to be able to install them in light (IL) or over light (OL).
DIPACK 150/250 IL, having the following characteristics:
• Light installation
• DIPACK 150: maximum construction dimensions L <= 4000 and H <= 4500 mm;
• DIPACK 250: maximum construction dimensions L <= 5250 and H <= 6000 mm;
• PVC covering of 750 gr / mq, in the colors indicated in the catalog;
• A section in transparent Cristal;
• Reinforcement bars made of galvanized steel pipes with adequate cross-section;
• Gearmotor, Control unit, Safety devices: GFA Elektromaten (wireless system);
• Operating mode: Man Present / Automatic;
• Wireless optical edge on the lower edge, a pair of photocells, flashing, an A / C / S panel;
• Co-extruded gaskets on the guides;
• Self-supporting frame;
• Chain emergency maneuver (optional);
• Various control accessories (optional);
• Opening speed = 0.9 ÷ 2.0 m / sec;
• 100,000 cycles durability;
• Class 2 of wind resistance according to UNI EN 12424
• Safety certified in compliance with UNI EN 13241: 2016
