Designed to facilitate stacking of machined panels.
It consists of a roller conveyor with dimensions 6500×870 mm installed on a pantograph bench having the following characteristics:
– hydraulic drive;
– control unit 380V-50Hz – 0.75 Kw
– dimensions 1800x1000x870 mm
– control with mobile push-button panel
The pantograph is the connecting element between the assembly bench and the packing machine.
After preparing the cartons for packaging and spreading pieces of polystyrene to the base, the first processed panel is moved and then the 50 mm diameter pantograph is lowered in order to receive the next panel.
Once processing of the panels is finished, the pantograph is raised by leveling it with the baling belt.
Next, the last layer of polystyrene and the terminal carton are positioned.
The panels neck is ready for packing on the IPK8 packaging machine with double stretch film
